Strength and Core Training (40 minutes)
Swimming: Same as Monday

Thursday
Tempo Run: 1 mile warmup; 3 miles @ 9:20 min/mile pace; 1 mile cool down

Friday
Duathalon Day: Run 4 miles at easy pace; Swim (same as Monday)

Saturday
REST (woohooo!)

Sunday
Long Run: 10 mile
