Hey Everyone!

I hope you are all having an awesome weekend, and look forward to hearing from you about how things are going (both with the challenge and in general).

Just a quick post to mention a few things:

  • If you haven’t signed up for our 100-Days Fitness Challenge, sign up today! There is no deadline or cut-off date for entering, so think of what your goals are and get moving! We welcome all who are interested in improving their fitness, losing weight, or whatever else you decide is important to accomplish before 2008 comes to a close.
  • We’ve got lots of great posts in the works for this next week, including a post by Nick on motivation and one by me on getting started. I’m also working on some nutrition posts and one about the magic formula for weight loss. It’s a really good one, if I may say so myself!
  • If there are any specific topics you would like us to write about, feel free to make suggestions or ask questions. If you’re finding something that is working for you, a yummy recipe, or just a thought, let us know!
